For all of the hater of this awesome artwork, be quiet. It's call fantasy for a reason.
No it's not...
It's a semi-BDSM fantasy targeted towards teenage audiences, that's what it is.

If she's a thief, why she is a wearing single metal shoulder pad and a metal buster...or the metal leg armour for that matter?

Those pieces wouldn't be very flexible, and the belt looks pretty clunky as well. The sheer amount of gaps in the armour would leave her with no protection; in fact her heart abdomen are completely exposed. Even in fantasy most thieves will cover those areas, they just use lighter armour with more give. I get wanting something to look unique and all, but a lot of this outfit makes very little sense, unless the main focus here is for her to use seduction based abilities.

So true. Just because it's a fantasy world doesn't mean it's gotta be 100% illogical. I mean, come on.
The problem is the outfit sticks out like a sore thumb. If someone saw a person in that outfit they would remember; they would likely be able to act as a witness.

Thieves are about stealth and remaining unseen, or making a quick getaway if needs be. This outfit has so many bits that could get caught on something- such as the weird cufflinks and the smaller undone belts, that it would be more a hazard than anything else. The fact that the main colours on the front of it are red and sliver (from the armoured bits) wouldn't be good for sneaking about.

... Really, she's going to LOSE that leg... And she's got a gaping weak point right over her heart! Her dominant arm has no protection on the shoulder (hello, that's just asking for disaster!) and what's to stop someone from cleaving her in two from the waist?

She's a thief. She's not going to be running around in plate armor.

But how is she going to steal anything with these high heels and jewellery on her? She'll make more noise than full armored warrior.

If she's a thief, then why is she wearing something so revealing that's going to draw attention to herself? Besides, what if someone sees her and attacks her? She'd at least need something covering her.

Are you seriously questioning the logic of fantasy universes, where people run around in full plate without passing out, swing weapons bigger than they are as if they were made of styrofoam, use magic, and fight against dragons and demons and the like? Where pretty much every culture's mythology comes together in an impractical, comic-book-influenced mash-up? Yeah, of course the clothes are unrealistic and impractical. That's kind of the point of fantasy, it's supposed to be super unrealistic.
